Comprehensive Prenatal and Home Birth Support
Designed for low-risk individuals seeking comprehensive midwifery care throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Care typically begins around 8 weeks of pregnancy and continues through 6 weeks postpartum, with ongoing support available if desired. Prenatal visits are one hour, allowing time to build a meaningful relationship, answer your questions, and provide evidence-based information so you can make informed decisions with confidence. Together, we’ll prepare for labor, birth, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding, while equipping your partner with practical tools and support to help them feel confident and involved throughout the journey. Frequent postpartum home and office visits are used to ensure you feel supported and confident.

Concierge Prenatal Support
Concierge prenatal care is designed for families who plan to deliver in the hospital but want personalized midwifery prenatal care with additional time, education, and personalized guidance throughout pregnancy. Together, we’ll cover birth preparation, nutrition, comfort measures, newborn care, breastfeeding, and the many questions that arise between appointments. You’ll have longer visits, direct access for questions, and individualized support to help you feel informed and confident throughout your pregnancy. Doula-like labor support is possible for hospital births, and will not include any medical care or advice. After your hospital discharge, midwifery care can resume in the postpartum period with frequent in-home and office visits if desired.

About Erin
Erin is a Certified Nurse Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant dedicated to providing thoughtful, relationship-centered care throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
“A midwife’s greatest skill is not only knowing when to act, but knowing when to quietly support the incredible work your body is already doing.”
Tova is a Hebrew word that reflects the idea of “the way it was intended.” It embodies the belief that, in most cases, pregnancy and birth are normal, healthy physiologic processes. Midwifery honors and protects this normal process while providing attentive, evidence-based care every step of the way. We carefully monitor the health of both mother and baby, supporting the natural course of pregnancy and birth while recognizing when additional evaluation or medical intervention is needed.
